Real Rooms is situated in La Spezia, a 5-minute walk from La Spezia Centrale Train Station and 1.2 km from the ferry port, both offering links to the UNESCO Cinque Terre National Park. The room was spacious and comfortable, the bed is very comfortable as well. Very well equipped, with an ac, balcony, new bath towels, boiler … The owner provided a storage service for our baggage so we did the Cinq Terre journey comfortably. The room is 5 minutes walk to city center and 5 minutes walk to the train station

Set in the centre of Sanremo, 300 metres from Terrazza Beach and 500 metres from Baia Greca Beach, AFFITTACAMERE ELENA offers free WiFi and air conditioning. Amazing, new hotel in the middle of Sanremo! The stuff was very friendly, the room was really clean and all furniture was new, the location was perfect right in the middle of the city, so it was comfortable and convenient to reach out to any location. Highly recommended.

It's a short walk away from the station, which is great for everyday travel to Cinque Terre. There is a focacceria next door, a fruit and veg shop across the road and a supermarket almost round the corner😉. The place was super clean and the host was super welcoming and polite. There was a bottle of water waiting for each of us in the fridge and a few biscuits waiting on the table.

Boasting a garden and views of sea, La CONCHIGLIA Bed & Breakfast is a bed and breakfast set in a historic building in Camogli, 400 metres from Spiaggia dei Genovesi. Michael made us feel at home at his lovely property. The house has terraces where to admire the beautiful bay and towns. The room is large, comfortable and faces to an outside terrace with great views. The bathroom is new and has a nice setting. The common areas- living room, dinning area and outdoor terraces are very inviting. The breakfast is delicious and abundant. There are some steep steps from the house to reach the road and in a few minutes walking we found the charming Camogli town with lots of restaurants and shops: a must visit is the Basilica di SS María Assunta - amazing. Offering city views, MARLA ROOMS is an accommodation located in La Spezia, less than 1 km from Castello San Giorgio and a 14-minute walk from Technical Naval Museum. Beautiful room in a very convenient location. It had everything I needed along with a stunning view of the town. The host was excellent and very helpful with any questions. I would absolutely stay here again when back in the area.
