Also in 5-20 min walking distance to beautiful crystal clear beaches, Ghiae, Padullela, Capo Bianco.

The property has an outdoor dining area. Everything was just perfect: amazing hosts, very helpful, beautiful room, everything super clean and new. I could not recommend it enough. So lovely to have sweet and savoury breakfast buffet too. We were greeted with a bottle of wine in our room as we celebrated our honeymoon. Would 100% recommend

The nearest airport is Marina di Campo Airport, a 40-minute drive from the property. - Chiara was a perfect host - breakfast was sweet (cakes and rusks) with a large selection of fruit. - the room was thoroughly cleaned and tidied every day! - Location 1: perfect for peace and quiet but only a 10 minutes walk from Marciana and a 10 minute drive from Marciana di Marina. - Location 2: because it's in the mountains, it's much more pleasant there overnight than in a place with a beach or harbour - Location 3: you can go hiking immediately and cool off in the pool in the evening
