We had an amazing stay at this comfortable apartment! Central location to the market across the street and grocery stores and bus and the waterfront promenade. It felt like we were locals going to the grocery store and taking the bus, not like tourists! The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need! We loved it! Jose was a wonderful host and he was in touch with us from the moment we landed at the airport and any time we had a question he was quick to answer all of our questions! We didn't have a problem with noise from the market early morning but we always travel with a white noise machine so we didn't hear anything. We found the bed super comfortable. We were there for almost 2 weeks and cannot wait to go back to Madeira and hope that Jose's apartment is available when we do!! Thank you so much Jose!!

Nice rental, modern and cosy. Approx. 20-30 minutes walk from old town and center of Funchal. Going back is more tricky as you go up steep hills:) We rather took the bus back (10 minutes from center with many bus options) or sometimes ordered Bolt. Safe and peaceful neighborhood, mini market and bakery just around the corner. Host was very helpful with everything.

A panzió félúton van a belváros és Monte között, nagyon szép kilátással. A reggeli bőséges volt (fejenként 2 nagy zsömle, felvágott, sajt, lekvár, gyümölcslé, kávé, igény szerint főtt tojás vagy rántotta), bár néhány nap után már kissé egyhangú. A teraszon történő reggelizés nagy élmény, a karácsonyi dekoráció szintén. Ár-érték arányban kiváló szállás!
