This accomodation exceeded all expectations. The photos look amazing but when you're actually there and see the attention to detail, t's just fabulous. We met the host at the souvenir shop who took us down to the room. Such a friendly guy who spoke us through everything we needed to know. He also told us we could contact him about anything else we needed. The weather was particularly warm when we visited so we made use of the terrace and chairs that are available to take outside for some beers in the evening. A perfect way to end a long day being a tourist! The accommodation is right in the heart of old town Utrecht with everything you need on your doorstep. The room itself was spotless. You could smell how clean it was! The bed while soft was honestly one of the comfiest I've slept in. There were plenty of utensils in the kitchen if you felt like cooking and everything was of excellent quality. There was also ample coffee pods and fruit teas which were replenished for us the 2nd day. We were also told we could ask for more in the shop if needed which was a nice touch. The bathroom was well designed and the shower nice and hot. The room was also super cosy which would have been amazing if it had been colder! We've already booked again for next year, we loved it that much!!

This b&b is extraordinary. There’s love in every little detail. And a highlight is also the backyard, in where you can sit. The house is in a very lovely neighborhood, where you can stroll and watch the house boats at the canal or also go into some bars or restaurants (jasmijn &ik!) But the real highlight is Jos and his hospitality! We also booked the breakfast (which we recommended very much) and also used the garage. You can also use bikes, but we walked instead to Centre ( ~ 20 mins) We love to come back!

The host was just wonderful, she prepared a vegan breakfast especially for me with fresh pressed orange jiuce made by herself. I would be glad to come back here again! The room was big and very quiet, excellent location near the city center with supermarkets and restaurants nearby..

築400年のオランダ建築。 当時の面影のまま、必要な設備が加えられた部屋。 不自由さは全く感じずに、オランダ邸宅に泊まる経験が出来ます。 ホテルのスタッフはフレンドリーで、話していて気持ちの良い方々でした。 建物の内装を気に入った旨を伝えると、かつての応接間や隠し扉なども見せていただけました。

Fantastic facility, everything you need to have a fantastic stay. Owner very accommodating and even arrange taxi. Bst B&B we ever stayed at and have everything that you might need. Location fantasties and only one street away from the main Chanel where everything happens. Will definitely go again.

We had such a memorable stay at Johanna's place! She was an exceptional host, full of stories about her exciting life and travels, and she thinks of everything as far as special touches and amenities. The breakfast is the best you can ask for! Johanna was very understanding of our delayed arrival time, be sure to communicate with her day before or day of to be helpful! She also helped us with easy parking, and made our visit to Utrecht during Koningsdag feel like we were experiencing it with a local!~

Excellent location to visit the city of Utrecht by public transportation (bus). Cosy B&B, comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful host. We only stayed for one night and would recommend the B&B to stay if you prefer not to stay in the city.

Zocher6's location is ideal for exploring and enjoying Utrecht! It is feet away from Janskerkhof, Saturday's flower market, a canal, cafes and restaurants. We stayed at the room on the back side of the house which made it super quiet, with a small garden patio to enjoy. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable (bigger than Queen size), the layout was creative and efficient. There are big windows for day light and thick window for privacy. Internet was reliable and fast. The host was very patient with our midnight arrival and was eager to make our stay great! Thank you, Henk!

a lovely large bright room. well catered for with clean fresh linen and towels. Gerda is friendly and willing to be assistance if anything is needed. close enough for walking to sights and city centre.
