Breakfast was delivered to our garden door every morning absolutely bang on the time requested and these times varied throughout the week. The whole set-up was very well thought out, a converted garage with an extension out the back and the inside is to a high standard with very friendly hosts in Fred and Nic and of course little Pin the dog. We were left in peace and the location is close to transport options (Tram 3 straight to Den Haag Centraal is a two minute walk away) and it's a 15 minute walk to the amazing, truly amazing beach, huge! Once you get your head round watching out for not being run over by the plethora of wheeled vehicles like trams, trains, cars, motorbikes, buses, bicycles, e-bikes, scooters and mopeds then it becomes second nature. Absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend it for couples looking for a great wee peaceful and modern space to base themselves in the largest city in the Netherlands.

The breakfast was excellent. The room is recently or newly renovated. Very nice and comfortable room with all the stated amenities. Separated toilet from the bathroom. The view from the terrace is exceptional. The backyard is also very nice. All the house is very nicely decorated and very well maintained by the owner. The property is close to the Central Railway station and well positioned to public transport, walking and cycling facilities. There is a large park nearby with a forest and canals.

Dutch paintings and Delft pottery were nice touches that made us feel like we were staying in a friend’s guest room. We especially liked the shower.

Great owner, very kind, available and helpful. The room is big with everything you need for your stay. Everything is in a perfect shape, nice view on the canal as well. Breakfast was included, very tasty and abundant. We also had the opportunity to use the bikes, very useful in a Dutch city. Very good experience, highly recommended!!

Monique receives you very friendly at her super nice house. The guest room is in the second floor, so you have your own private space while she llives downstairs. Super big room, super comfortable, clean, and very cosy with the windows over the roof! The bathroom is also super new and clean. And the breakfast in the morning, absolutely fantastic. Thank you!!!
