We only stayed for 1 day but we enjoyed our stay very much. Room and bathroom very clean. Comfortable bed. Despite the very cold temperature that was in Massa, the heating in the bedroom and bathroom was perfect. Full breakfast with several options. It's not that far from the beach (at least for a couple) and the walk is very pleasant. Super friendly hostess. When we return to Massa, it will be our first choice.

Very pleasant stay. Nice host, rich breakfast, comfortable room. The nicest pool we met during our stay in Tuscany. Quiet location, close to Carrara ( I recommend visit of Carrara marble quarries) and to La Spezia (as a starting point to Cinque Terre).

We had a wonderful stay at Il Marlo! The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The room was very cozy and the beds were very comfortable. The shower was amazing as well! I would definitely recommend Il Marlo if you are staying in Carrara. 5 minute walk to the beach! A beautiful stay.
