The cleanliness and the location is just fantastic. It’s better to take a rental car which we usually do. Mauritius is very traveller friendly and you can book one from the airport. The pool was very clean and rooms were spacious. There was complete set up to cook in your villa. We chose not to as we were on a really short trip. Everything was comfortable.

Residence Capri se encuentra en Mont Choisy y ofrece wifi gratis, jardín, salón de uso común y terraza. Big and clean apartment, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, big patio with a "wall" made from plants, kitchen very well equipped, we didn't really use it, but excellent for a longer stay. The pool looks clean and nice, but we simply didn't have time to use it. Mani, the host, is kind and helpful. We loved the apartment. If I ever go again to Mon Choisy area, I don't even think staying to another place. 50 meters from the property there is a small restaurant where you can have a good breakfast. Next to it there is another nice one, owned by a Romanian (what a surprise for us!) where you can have lunch and/or dinner. The beach is a 5 minutes walk, but the beach itself is very long, you may walk another 15-20 minutes on the beach, depending on where you want to sit. There are a lot of trees so you don't need an umbrella for shade. On the beach there are many options to buy food and drinks. The beach is not crowded, except for the weekends, when locals have picnic there. A memorable experience was being invited to dance by the local people who were having a good time singing and dancing. Something that you can't experience staying even in the best all inclusive hotel.

We stayed 8 nights at Blue Bird, in the family bungalow, and it was exactly what we were looking for. Little oasis, very quiet as it is only shared by a few families. It's a 5 min walk to Pereybere beach and 8 min to the closest supermarket. We rented a car and explored several other beaches in the area, and also did a few day trips (Port Louis, Ile aux Cerfs, Flic en Flac, Chamarel). Joanna is always available and in the property every morning. Cleaning happens every day except Sundays and public holidays. Bread provided in the morning upon request. Fridge with some basic supplies for a first meal was a nice touch. Also, Joanna allowed us an early check-in and late check-out which was highly appreciated. The family bungalow is very comfortable, it has 2 double beds and one single, ideal for our family of 5. A/C available in the 3 rooms. There are also 2 toilets and a kitchen, as well as an exclusive meal area by the pool.

Situated in Trou aux Biches, 7 km from Grand Baie, White Oaks Villas boasts an outdoor pool and year-round outdoor pool. Flic-en-Flac is 31 km away. Free WiFi is offered throughout the property. The Villa was amazing, better than we expected. It is very well equipped: everything you need. There was a huge terrace with a swimming pool and ocean view.

El Cape Point Seafront Suites & Penthouse se encuentra en Cap Malheureux y ofrece vistas a la isla de Coin de Mire y al océano Índico y alojamientos modernos y de lujo. Very comfortable and clean, 3 rooms with private bathrooms, large terrace with great view and acces to the pool.

Lharmonie Villa, que cuenta con vistas al jardín, ofrece alojamiento con terraza y balcón a unos 4 min a pie de Playa de Pereybere. Beautiful small villa complex 5 minutes to the beach, shops and restaurants. Secure parking onsite, lovely gardens, very quiet, immaculately clean and lovely staff. Well equipped small kitchen and nice bathroom. Excellent value for money. So good we have booked a second stay
