The location is very convenient. Restourants, shops and a beach (which includes a nice playground for kids) are within the walking distance. Sure, the place is not in Funchal (the biggest city in Madeira) but if you rent a car then you may easily go to there as well. Actually, there is a bus stop quite near by but we have not tried it, maybe the next time. The airport may be considered to be "within the walking distance" because we had a quite nice walk up to the airport to pick the rented car from there. By the way, even though the airport is considered to be quite near, the sound of airplanes do not bother you at all, no issues in this domain at all. Quite convenient layout of the appartment (considering we were visiting with 2.5 year old kid). In short, that was a very pleasant stay!

The top floor apartment on the 3rd level has a very nice view over Santa Cruz and the ocean.The location is quiet (you seldom hear a neighbour) and the small but nice village center (and the sea promenade) is just a few minutes by foot away. There are small supermarkets and cafes in Santa Cruz. Check inn and out worked perfectly and Miguel is a concerned host which will contact you via whats up weeks before to communicate all your questions you might have.The beds were very good, extra linen provided.The information provided by other guests are correct from our point of view.

the apartment is very spacious, there is everything you need from aromatic coffee to glow-in-the-dark stickers above the switches.. thank you for the comfort, coziness, and great location. The holiday exceeded expectations. And thank you for the sun, it spoiled us so much..

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautifully decorated, cosy apartment. The view from the balcony is amazing. The place is well equipped (the washing machine is a big advantage) and the garage is also a plus. The bed was really comforteable. Thank you for having us!

Nice and modern apartment, perfectly equipped. Both the beds and the sofa bed were comfortable. It has 2 bathrooms, which is great for families. It's located near the town centre (which is very beautiful) and promenade/beach and it's just five minutes away from the airport. Free private parking is in underground garages, parking place is located right at the elevator to the apartment. Great accessibility for exploring the island's main sites.

Everything! It was the best stay during our time in Madeira! The property interior design is amazing, it's super modern & stylish - every little detail in this apartment is thought through. It's very fresh & spotlessly clean. There is an absolutely stunning sea view from the bedroom. From the balcony you can observe planes landing & taking off. The host is very friendly, helpful & approachable. There is even a herbs garden if you're intending to cook! I only have positive feedback about this place and can totally recommend it!
