Staff are really friendly and helpful, I had a real good time talking to them. They explained to me everything and helped me getting a speedboat to get to another island which was hard to get one. The room was so clean and nice. Also, the view was nice with big balcony. Gulhi island where is the hotel , it is small Island but good for relaxation, quiet time and walking around the Island without shoes above its soft white sand

We had such a great time! Ocean Pearl is a lovely place just by the beach. Anoosh and Ali are the best and we had a great time talking to them and the other guys. The Island is small and beautiful, a place where you get the chance to see more of the local life. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We hope to be back :)

We’re a couple and stayed for about 9 days and we just loved everything what Gulhi and ilaa Beach has to offer. Our stay was exceptional. The room was very comfortable with AC and private toilet with balcony. Our stay included free breakfast which was a choice between continental or Maldivian. Plus, wifi was very good and it allowed me to work remotely. I was able to do clean video calls with my work. They kept the room neat and clean everyday with sheets and towels changed. I had no problem with the people working there, they made sure that our needs were met and I even leave my valuables inside the room - which includes my macbook, ipads and watch. Definitely a good value, cheaper than the rest, plus the bikini beach in Gulhi was spacious as compared to Maafushi. One incident that occurred was when my Skechers sandals were stolen one night, because I left them outside the building. The management immediately replaced it with a brand new one. Really great of them to do that. Thank you so much, ilaa Beach Management! Also, thank you to Oney for always ensuring we had a wonderful stay.

Everything was fantastic. Location facing the sea and a minute walk from Bikini beach (tourist beach), the kindness of the owner and the employee who was very friendly and made us delicious breakfasts facing the sea, everything clean, air conditioning worked very well, the room had Views of the sea and you could hear the wonderful noise of the waves, very quiet to sleep, a fantastic place to stay. We would repeat.

The room was clean and the hotel was in a great location, but what really made our stay great was Saif. He met us off the boat with his wheelbarrow. He was always there to greet us for breakfast with a smile and a positive comment to start the day. He would always go out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and showed a real interest in his guests. He is a credit to your establishment.

when we’ll come, they are wait us in the station, took all our luggages, then we went to the hotel. gave us “welcome drink”, it was very nice, after check-in they sent to our rooms fruits special, we stayed 2 days, send to our rooms fresh juices, fruits. Hotel gave us all things for water sports (glasses for snorkelling, like this) and special towel for beach. About Breakfast: it’s like a-pa carte menu, you can choose, but we ordered every day same breakfast menu, because we liked so much, very very tasty breakfast. You can try pancakes with honey and butter. In the reception Mr. SUHAIL helped to us for all our needs. He was very kindly. All photos really. Recommendation 10000%

A perfect Anniversary getaway! On arrival at Gulhi pier we were greeted by a very friendly BWV member of staff to help with luggage and only walked a few mins to the other side of the island where the hotel was . We were welcomed with 2 lovely fresh coconut drinks then taken to our room where our bed was beautifully made up to read a very special Anniversary message together with a delicious celebration cake - what a lovely surprise ! Beach walk villa is moments away from a gorgeous sandy ( bikini!) beach with turquoise clear sea and only moments away from restaurants /shops / pier and little further up the a place to do a bit of snorkelling ! We definitely recommend BWV in Gulhi - a lovely place to stay on a small island for a few days ! Sarah and Lee
