Beautiful, spacious and clean suites with an excellent view of Perast and the bay of Kotor. Nice pool with a view. Good breakfast at the hotel next door. Close to the waterfront with nice restaurants (only a 2 minute walk down). Private parking spot. Friendly host who helped us when we forgot our bikini’s. Complimentary bottles of wine.

Nos encanto! Está al frente del lago y tiene una vista hermosa. Lugar muy tranquilo y habitación con todo lo necesario y muy espaciosa! Lo mejor de todo fueron los anfitriones, muy preocupados de darnos las indicaciones para llegar, esperarnos para la recepción, ayudarnos con las maletas, informarnos de toda duda que tuviésemos y siempre atentos de cualquier cosa! Este tipo de persona son las que hacen la diferencia! Un 10/10! Muchas gracias 🩵.

Possibly one of the best locations in Perast. Fantastic room, with a great shower and very comfortable bed. The views over the bay as the village wakes up in the morning and then settles down for the night are stunning. We are light sleepers but no issues with noise. Great breakfast in the morning, right at the waters edge. Brother of the owner does boat trips on the bay. I would highly recommend, he was very entertaining, knowledgeable and lover telling us about the bay and its history.

Location and views from our balcony were fantastic. The apt is nicely decorated with a nautical theme and very well equipped. It felt very homey and we wished we could have stayed longer. The host could not have been nicer.

As usual, we love to stay at this proparty in Kotor Bay, so we have great expiriance. Kind hosts, clean rooms and bathroom, lovely view.

The view was absolutely stunning. Our host was a gentleman, very helpful. Easy access to the promenade with a pedestrian walkway down the steps. Just sorry we only stayed 1 night. Highly recommend.
