The house is situated directly on the beach, and it's newly built with convenient amenities. The hosts are friendly and exceptionally kind. We really enjoyed our time there. The only downside was that during our stay, there was a New Year celebration, and we could hear the street noise from the radios, but this was beyond the hosts control.

Everything about this property is great. The room is really big and comfortable. The patio is beautifully decorated. Overall, this is the best property I have stayed at while in Sri Lanka. It is clean, comfortable and affordable. The family that runs it is very kind. I wish I was staying longer.

Everything! The host and family were some of the kindest we've stayed at in Sri Lanka! They went above and beyond and were extremely helpful and thanks to them we were able to explore places we didn't even know existed, they honestly made the while stay for us The breakfast was amazing, and they were kind enough to prepare something especially to suit my dietary requirements. The room was spacious, and clean with everything you could need, and the bed was really comfortable.

The location is amazing, between the trees, escaping the busy roads and waking up with the sound and view of all kind of animals on this amazing jungle terrace. Kelum and Rani are very kind people, checking in and offering help/suggestions. the breakfast was delicious and enough to feed an army. The upstairs room with the bigger balcony is the best, I ended up extending my stay from 5 days to 11 days. Really recommend if you’re seeking some rest from the tourist area!

The place is lovely right in the heart of a pristine beach, with direct access, with outstanding surroundings, amazing pool and garden, beautiful room with a delightful balcony, with amazing views to the pool and the ocean. And the food, wowwww, so incredible. Definitely one of the best places we’ve been to.

It's an ocean villa with tasteful design and awesome view. The pool is great. The hotel staff is helpful but not intrusive. It is well worth the price tag.
