The apartment was clean and welcoming. Daily housekeeping was very much appreciated. Our bedroom was on the top most floor and it was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was spacious with ample supplies. Water temp was great. Sink was spacious for simple laundry. There were two heaters to help dry clothes. Kitchen was not ideal if one wants to cook hot meals but it was clean and host was amenable to simple meal preps. Host was friendly and communicative. Respectful of our privacy. Breakfast was served daily with homemade pies, some store bought croissants and jams.

First of all, the house is in a central location. Antonella is amazing. Loves her job so much. She answered everything we asked for... an angel. We enjoyed more than a five-star hotel, everything is perfect

i loved everything. The location looks great. it s very clean. most important very quiet, it has a backyard view. It has a common kitchen with everything you need. They give you tea, coffee and they waited for us with a delicious breakfast. I had a special request and they helped me. The location was very close to ferry if you want to visit Calabria. The supermarket is 6 minutes away, which is great. We felt amazing and i recommend this accomodation with all my heart!

I wanted something close to the ferry to end the day of traveling to Sicily by train. Principessa Mafalda was two blocks away. The building was clean and modern with an elevator. The room was large and nicely renovated. The best part of the whole stay however was the proprietor, Giovanni. He helped me prior to my arrival with choices and options on how to reach Messina. Upon arrival he answered all our questions and directed us to a wonderful restaurant. He is a shining example of sicilian hospitality. The property is an excellent value. I look forward to staying with Giovanni again
