The property is located within 50 meters of the beach and a supermarket, there are plenty of parking places in the street in the close vicinity of the hotel. At the end of the road there is a freshwater spring fountain where we filled 2 large bottles when we were preparing to go to any beach without a shower, in order to have fresh water to wash our faces or hair from the salt water. The owners and the staff of the property are very friendly and always willing to assist with any wishes or any information when needed. The room which we had on the ground floor with a garden view was excellent and I think the best room for a couple in the whole Hotel which also had a massive terrace and plenty of washing line for drying towels etc. There's also a bigger room next to it for a family with maximum 2 children but still everyone has their privacy. Both ground floor rooms are very well shaded from the sun and very peaceful as you hear no noise from the road. at all. Our room was not only excellent but was cleaned every day and the sheets and towels changed every 2 days. We would highly recommend this hotel to any couples or families with small children. The location was just the perfect spot for reflection and leisure. All day you just can sit and watch the sea. The nearby tavernas and beaches made the hole trip worthy. And Niko is very helpful if you need anything. It was a perfect vacation for me and my family

Although we never met the owner in person, the telephone contact was extremely cordial. When a storm came up, he offered to let us park the car in his garage. I can only recommend the holiday apartments. Everything, especially the handover of the keys, went absolutely smoothly.

The room is quite large. It has two bathrooms (which is nice, given that we were four persons) and is well equipped - and very clean indeed. The location is a bit outside Kala Nera, but I found it to be really great and did not really mind: it is a bit up the hill towards Argyraika, and the view is really amazing!
