From the moment we checked in, until the moment we left - the service we received was nothing short of exceptional and exceeded many of the 5-star hotels I’ve stayed in. When the team found out that it was my partners birthday, they went absolutely above and beyond to provide dinner recommendations, reservations, book spa treatments and surprise us with wine & cake free of charge. A particular standout, Lara makes my hall of fame for customer centricity - our time in Palma and the birthday we celebrated wouldn’t have had half the excitement without her help and I already look forward to staying again. Great location , very clean and bright apartment. Host was very easy to contact and met us at the apartment and also checked to make sure everything was OK. The apartment had everything you needed. Bed was very comfortable and rainfall shower was terrific. Nice bonus to have a washing machine.

The room was huge, super clean but a little hit dark cause we were at the street level. If you want a light full one make sure to note that you ask for it. The staff was super kind and always available to help us and the position very centric. I loved it.
