Met so many people during our stay that had been coming back to Nar Apart year after year and we understood completely why. Many thanks to Tolga and Cinan and their team for a wonderful stay. Location of Villa Marla was good with loads of restaurant options around and shops within walking distance. The apartment was very clear with everything you may need, with new appliances. AC in the room and living room, beds super confy and great communication from owners. The apartment has a little terrace leading to the communal pool, which is really convenient for a swim or sunbathing.

Great location , beach was a 5 minute walk with bus stop directly across the road, lots of shops supermarket & restaurants very clean and comfortable apartment

Good location (10-15 mins to the beach), clean, spacious. everything is modern, quiet neighborhood (far from the very loud all inclusive hotels which are all long the beach), just as expected. Big pool, quite deep that you can use until midnight. There is also a small pool for children. The host is also nice and live in the same building if you need any assistance. 5 minutes or so to the grocery stores and restaurants. It's a good value if you don't mind walking from/to the beach. The beach itself is free, shallow and perfect for families/children and people who can't swim for any reason.

Summer House by the Sea - 40 m to the beach se află în Side, aproape de Plaja Kumkoy și la 23 km de Canionul Verde. Proprietatea oferă un balcon cu vedere la mare, precum și o grădină și o terasă. The owner was waiting for us when we arrived and then very kindly drove us to the supermarket to get some supplies, which due to the time of arrival was really appreciated. In fact the owner was extremely kind and helpful at all times. He was on hand (on WhatsApp) throughout our stay with suggestions, to answer any questions, or if there were to be any issues. The location was spot on, with the beach a few steps away and Side old town about a 15-20 minutes walk along the promenade. The apartment was clean and very well equipped. I especially liked the fridge full of bottles of water! We were there at the beginning of November and it was lovely and quiet, so I can't comment how quiet or noisy it would be at peak times. Overall the apartment provided a comfortable stay and we wouldn't hesitate to book again.
