He met us upon arrival, helped with the luggage and provided an alternative apartment with an elevator option (which also had a terrace). This was so kind of him as it made going up much easier with 2 children. The apartment was new and clean. They had a washing service where you'd give them the clothes and they'd wash and dry for you(free). The terrace is lovely especially at night; spectacular view of the mountain and so peaceful at night. 7 minute walk to Ulu Cami and the old shopping area.
