Ms. Shaima helped with all our needs in the apartment. Mr. Musa spoke English and that was really convenient. He met us upon arrival, helped with the luggage and provided an alternative apartment with an elevator option (which also had a terrace). This was so kind of him as it made going up much easier with 2 children. The apartment was new and clean. They had a washing service where you'd give them the clothes and they'd wash and dry for you(free). The terrace is lovely especially at night; spectacular view of the mountain and so peaceful at night. 7 minute walk to Ulu Cami and the old shopping area.
