Location is very near to Uzungol lake and in the way to Sultan Murat, strategic location in this area. Mr. Ali is very supportive and cooperative. He always think about the guests and try to do the best for guest and you can realise that he always put guest satisfaction and needs on his top priority. I had a problem with a rental car in Trabzon as they gave me a car with multiple troubles, he support me the whole day to speak to the company and other connections to return or replace it and he faced many troubles because of his action, but he insist to solve it and be patient with car rental company owner and went with me to Trabzon next day to return it and found a better car for me. This situation is a proof of his ownership and supportive behaviours.

The property was very nice and new and close to everything. I really recommend every one to stay in this apartment. Heating system and hot water are available all the time. Mr luqman was, very helpful and provides everything you need. Wifi was strong and all kitchen appliances are available. This property is a value of money. The property make a deep clean every 5 days. Many thanks for Mr luqman for his kind hospitality and welcoming we felt like as we are at home. All markets are near by so I strongly recommend all to choose this property.

From the moment we arrived till the moment we left, we were in a piece of heaven but present on our earth. An extraordinarily warm welcome from Mr. Ertan (the GM and owner of the hotel), who is a true angel in every meaning of the word. I have never met a person who is remotely as caring and kindhearted as Mr. Ertan. He really makes you feel like family. He made our stay a truly unforgettable experience. The hotel is modern and has fantastic views of both the sea and the surrounding mountains—a snapshot of heaven. Our apartment was very clean, spacious, and luxuriously furnished—with all the amenities you could possibly think of (e.g., dishwasher, washing machine, stove, etc.). The dining area is beautifully furnished and very clean. The breakfast buffet has simple yet amazing varieties. They make a different breakfast menu almost every day. We really looked forward to breakfast and always woke up early in anticipation. The restaurant personnel are simply amazing: super friendly, always smiling, and every so eager to teach us Turkish and treat us like royalty. Still There is another Key person Mr Anas who is truly a real gentleman . He is always ready to help you as one of the family. I need a whole book chapter to describe how much this place is enjoyable in every single aspect. Surely we shall come again.
