We loved the location, facilities, rooms - the staff was amazing very helpful reception and cleaning staff - we travelled with a baby and felt that staff accomodates baby needs which was very positive suprise. Perfect position, with parking across the road and the historical centre within a 15-minute walk, with almost no elevation (essential in Funchal, especially after days full of hiking:) The apartment was equipped with everything we needed (and more) for a most pleasurable stay. The communication with the host was excellent - we had a slight issue with the window blinds, which they solved asap.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! It was clean and spacious. The location was perfect. Joana, was incredibly communicative and made the check-in process smooth. She was very accommodating throughout our stay. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Our host waited for us to welcome us, give us the keys and to show us around. In the apartment, there was everything you might need. Even umbrellas and hiking sticks for sharing were there (we didn't use them but it was very thoughtful). Apartment house has spacious private parking lot. Kitchen was fully equipped and in the apartment we had printed book full of information on where to find what and some local tips incl. overview of restaurants and public transport, that was very useful. Apartment house is close to small grocery shop and in walking distance to the centre. We stayed in the apartment on the highest floor of the house and we had beautiful ocean view. I truly admired how clean the apartment was. I am a freak about cleanliness and this was perfect. During our stay we faced one problem with water supply which was outside of control of our hosts. Even this was solved very quickly, communicated to us transparently and promptly. I fully recommend you to book your stay here.
