The staff was always very kind and helpful and they work very professionally. Liked that and thank you ☺️ . It was a pleasure to stay at this place.

Our host Guillermo was helpful from the get-go. He made sure we understood the fair rate for transportation, made calls for booking a boat to Leticia. Asked a carpenter to stop working - it was loud- when we arrived back to our room. We didn't make this request, he just did it. He allowed us to check out late with a very very small fee. Instructed the moto-taxi driver to help us with our bags at the port. So kind and joyful, always smiling.

The host is very attentive and always responded to my messages quickly.
