Set in Ravenna and within 600 metres of Ravenna Station, Martins Residence de Luxe features a garden, allergy-free rooms, and free WiFi. Yulia the hostess was incredibly accommodating. Welcoming us at 10:30 from the train station and allowing us to check in early. Keeping our luggage until departure at 2:14, calling a taxi, making dinner reservations. Orientating us with a map. On top of that she is a sweet genuine individual that loves her job. The bed the best we have ever slept in, the room the cleanest we have ever stayed in. The attention to detail with robes, slippers, bathroom amenities outstanding. Breakfast too has a wide variety of quality fruits, pastries, yogurts, cheese, meats and cappuccino. One regret that we only had one night here. Had we known the wonders of the area and this accommodation would have stayed 3 nights and toured form Martins Residence.

The property has everything that you need: it is very clean, good design, proximity to the center and still quiet in the night. The host is very discreet and hospitable. We did not have breakfast included, but we received from the host o lovely pie, that children loved it and all other stuff for breakfast, like coffee, milk, butter, jam, little cakes and so on. The town is a little Venice, very romantic! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I have never rated a property at a 10 - but I am confident in giving this apartment a perfect rating! I have been traveling across Italy for 2 weeks and this by far was my most comfortable stay! I can tell how much time & effort was put into designing this beautiful space. It was GORGEOUS! The hot tub was incredible too! It was clean, equipped with A/C, laundry, & a small kitchen! This was the most comfortable bed & pillows I have ever slept on!! The location was great too, just a short walk to the center of everything but just enough outside of the center to avoid crowds and noise. Our host was kind, helpful & which to respond . If I ever make it to Bologna again, I will absolutely stay here again!
