Sue and Simon are the perfect hosts, friendly, kind and lovely. The flat was spotless, a real home from home and ideal for Rye town centre or going further afield. The flat has everything you need, is lovely and peaceful and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. We will definitely go back for another stay.

Fairlight Cove, a property with a bar, is located in Fairlight, 39 km from Eastbourne Pier, 10 km from Camber Castle, as well as 22 km from Great Dixter. Very friendly owner. Rooms are not that big but value for money and they have everything you need. Close to the beach. Nice outdoor patio to sit and relax.

Modern, spacious, very clean & comfortable with lovely views. Very attractively furnished & decorated. Everything feels new. Owner clearly has very good taste & has thought of everything. Heating was on when we arrived which was very welcome as weather quite cold. Windows on 4 sides so lots of natural light. Bread, milk, teabags & coffee all provided as well as chocolates on pillow. Plenty of power points.

Located in Hastings and only less than 1 km from Hastings Beach, West Hill Retreat Seaview Balconette Loft Apartment with Free Parking provides accommodation with quiet street views, free WiFi and... The Loft looks just like on the picture. It is really cozy and nice. Everything is really clean. And it was a pleasure to meet the host, she was so amazingly nice and helped me with my luggage. You just need to be aware that there are some quite steep steps, it is no problem at all, but should be known.
