تقع هذه الشقق في قلب أرتشنا، في وادي ريكوت الهادئ والسلمي وفي منطقة جميلة وغير مكتشفة نسبياً في مورسيا. Studio apt is modern, comfy big bed w/ terrace facing quiet street. Ample space for a 1 night stay. Nice 1km nature walk to the balneario. They give you a voucher for the spa, which was a nice surprise. Free parking is included but decided to leave it on the street as there was enough parking near the hotel. Met the owners during dinner and they were very nice. Decent Spanish-style breakfast.

The property has a good location and nice views. The owner was always very kind and provide with lots of useful information, such as interesting places to visit and restaurants nearby. Was always easy to contact by what’s app, if have any questions. Easy check in and check out.
