The reception was excellent, the tour guide was knowledgeable, and the breakfast was delicious!!! Most important though, was that there was not one single mosquito in the room, ant or anything. We have been everywhere in Costa Rica, and this is the very first time our room was spotless and bugless!

Boasting garden views, Nirvana Apartament Hostal provides accommodation with patio, around 34 km from Poas National Park. Property was really well priced and a pleasant place to be. Host was friendly on arrival and happy to recommend places to head out for food. Also a fridge where you can buy some small snacks and drinks from whilst you’re there which is a nice touch. Ideal for staying prior to an early flight, would happily stay again.

Set in Alajuela City, 31 km from Poas National Park and 2.6 km from Alejandro Morera Soto Stadium, Apartment 10 minutes by the SJO airport - offers air conditioning. The host was charming. The flat is incredibly well furnished - she has thought of all the little details that make your stay very comfortable and feel like home. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, it lacked nothing. The location is great. Walking distance to shops, restaurants etc. and 10 minutes drive to the airport. Had a private garage to park our car. A great value for money. Definitely recommend it before a flight in or out of Costa Rica.

Bungalow Batsù is a recently renovated apartment in Fortuna, where guests can make the most of its garden and barbecue facilities. The air-conditioned accommodation is 17 km from La Fortuna Waterfall.... Just perfect. Everything was better than expected. Very friendly, very clean, very beautiful. Thank you!

Located in Fortuna, the recently renovated Apartamentos M&M provides accommodation 5.1 km from La Fortuna Waterfall and 5.4 km from Kalambu Hot Springs. Very clean and cute unit. Great value and definitely will be back again for a much longer stay.

Hospedaje Rio Celeste Katira, Habitación privada is a recently renovated apartment in San Rafael, where guests can make the most of its garden and terrace. This place is off the beaten track and a perfect stop. Spotlessly clean and has everything you need. The view and terrace is amazing!!! Its like having your own private rainforest!!! We could have watched the hummingbirds all day. The hosts are fantastic and we spoke with google translate. Easy! I highly recommend this if your are on a road trip to Rio Celeste etc. Thank you for our stay!

Set just 13 km from Poas National Park, El Buda provides accommodation in Poás with access to a garden, a terrace, as well as private check-in and check-out. Great friendly environment, great communication with hosts (they provided perfect instructions for our arrival, key pick up etc), very clean and comfortable. Great location from the airport. Highly recommend it! Note: the hosts were extremely polite and offered us bananas from their garden when we checked out!

Mevak Apartments Suites is set in Fortuna, 6.8 km from La Fortuna Waterfall, 5.9 km from Kalambu Hot Springs, as well as 21 km from Mistico Arenal Hanging Bridges Park. Paula was amazing and very responsive. We told her our expected arrival time and she was there. Everything was smooth.
