It’s in the hearth of the city but also hidden between trees as it’s not so possible to hear the voice of traffic. The stafss are great,especially Christian. They are quick responsive, helpful and kind. This apartment provides you anything you want such as kitchen appliances, iron, clothes-hanger etc. They also provide you free wifi which keeps you connected during your city visit and free luzern pass that helps you to travel in the city free. The bed is comfortable and the apartment is very clean. Totally will stay again.
