Everything was perfect! The location is amazing as its not too far away from amsterdam (15 minutes drive) and they also have a parking spot if you come with a car. The apartment itself is pretty big and nicely decorated. The scenery around the place is also amazing as its shows the beautiful green fields of this beautiful country with lots of wildlife roaming around the place (such as rabbits, chickens, horses, cows etc..). The breakfast served at the place is amazing and we really liked how it was delivered (in 2 big baskets full of goods) . And to sum it all up, we especially want to think Bram and Annelise who were awesome and really sweet towards us and really helpful and we hope to visit again sometime in the future :). Very considerate and thoughtful hosts. Good privacy, lovely design of guesthouse, extremely clean. Location in Edam was excellent, close to public transport to Amsterdam. Canal-front view.

The apartment was immaculate and had lovely hosts. I can't recommend this place any higher as it exceeded all expectations. The beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept on and the kids said the same. Netflix was available and various other platforms also which meant we could relax on the comfy sofas and enjoy family time. Unfortunately I had a motor cycle accident a day before we left so I spent most of my time in the apartment and I enjoyed every minute of it. The kitchen has everything you could need to cook for the family but also you are only 2 mins away from pubs and restaurants which are child friendly. I really could of spent another week there no problems. I must say again that the owners are amazing people who helped us out of a bad situation which I won't go into but they understood our issue and helped where other people would not have cared so 10 out of 10 for the hosts, apartment, garden, 1 min from bus station and all in all it was an amazing time and I can't thank the hosts anymore. Next time we visit that area I wouldn't hesitate to book again and the photos do not do the place justice enough and I recommend for family trips or a nice couples vacation. We stayed after my motorcycle crash and I was in a bad way and they couldn't have been kinder as I couldn't take bins ect out as I couldn't walk and they understood this and for what they did for us as a family I will be forever grateful. If you are staying in Edam pay the extra and stay here you won't be disappointed.

בית מצוין באזור נהדר בלב העיירה "אידם - EDAM". מיקום מצוין לטיול כוכב, גישה קלה מאד לאמסטרדם בתחבורה ציבורית. גישה קלה באופן כללי לרוב האטרקציות. בעלי דירה מקסימים ודירה מאובזרת מאד.

We liked everything, it was a super stay! The top floor apartment was very clean and had everything we needed to cook. The location is perfect. It was quite easy to get in/out of the building and we never noticed any noise from nearby. Finally, the host was amazing with their fast and polite communication with us via message. I can’t wait to visit Edam again with this accommodation :)

Large, beautiful, comfortable rooms. Has everything you could need including a washing machine. In lovely and quiet Edam, but very close to Amsterdam by car or bus. Diana is lovely and answers questions quickly. Felt very welcome.
