Fantastic apartment, very clean, comfortable & spacious with a bonus 2nd bathroom. A family could move in there now just as it is - long term & it would still have everything they would need and more. The hosts were lovely, they organised parking close by & helped us with our bags & kids. All around us we found many high street shops, huge supermarket, money exchange, beauty salon, bakery, restaurants, & even an Irish bar.

A microwave, a fridge and kitchenware are also featured, as well as a kettle. At the apartment complex, all units have bed linen and towels.

The apartment: The apartment is very clean, conveniently located in the center of the city and literally a city block away from the bus stop. The grocery store is directly next to the apartment and there is a bank close by as well. The staff/owners: They were absolutely wonderful and always available to assist me in any way possible. Even when I had questions or needed help with something, within 5 minutes, someone arrived to help me. They literally treat you like a good friend, and when you're not familiar with the language or the city, that's extremely helpful 💗 The only thing I would note; the apartment is several floors up and doesn't have a lift/elevator, so it isn't possible for handicapped people to travel all the way up the stairs- BUT the bright side to this is that they have a balcony with a city view that's very nice. It's enjoyable to sit outside and just relax. (however I think they might be adding an elevator/lift in the future because I have noticed other buildings doing so.) 5 stars. Absolutely recommend. I'd love to stay again in the future.

Everything was excellent. The apartment spacious, clean and well organised. The landlord was very responsive, he waited for our arrival after midnight and he was willing to show us where to find an ATM because we struggled with it. He had turned the water heater on, so there was already hot water for a shower as soon as we got to the flat.

Owners left lots of information in the room, very friendly and helpful. Also gave us an upgrade as quiet which was very good as we had a sunny balcony. Kettle useful and lots of hot water in the shower. Just be aware that it’s almost 3km to the town centre although there are restaurants nearer that the owners have left information about in the room.

    Dalibor is an amazing host. Very responsive and flexible about checkin and checkout which we appreciated a lot since we were travelling with a baby and a toddler. The apartment is brane new,nicely decorated, and it is very cool and pleasant even thought it's summer. The location is great and the flat is quite spacious and light.

    The apartment had all the appliances one would need, and was very clean. I had a very nice short stay there and I would book it again if I would have the chance to come back to this city. Parking is available in front of the building. The host was very nice and happy to help.

    The apartment is in a great location, right in the centre of Kumanovo. Kire and his wife are very helpful and friendly owners. They showed us around and recommended places to eat and shop. The flat was clean, spacious and new. There was coffee, tea, some mineral water and fresh fruit ready in the fridge. We couldn't ask for more. It was a very comfy and satisfactory stay. Thank you.

    Everything was perfect. Stayed in the apartment while traveling to Greece. Impeccable clean, stylish, modern apartment, never stayed in such beautiful accomodation before, like 5 star hotel. Great beds and mattresses, beautiful bathroom. Flat TV in every room with lot of channels, excellent WIFI, central air conditioning and heating. Hosts always at disposal, let me used their garage. Left us in a fridge water, eggs, beer, dairies, and at evening they even bring hot bread. Amazing experience. I recommend this apartment fully.
