Lovely property, beautiful location; easily walkable to the beautiful old town and its many restaurants, ice cream shops and café/bars. Our flight times (arrival and departure) did not align well with check in/check out and ofgicial check in location was unmanned. Fortunately Hotel La Paul (just over the road) were very happy for us to leave our luggage with them in their reception.

Perfect little, but spacious studio apartment in Sirmione historical center, right next to Castello Scaligero di Sirmione. Situated in 4th floor (rooftop floor), with big balcony / terrace. Balcony has spectacular lake and castle view. Easy to find, entrance is on side of the building opposite Gelateria Romeo /Julia. There is comfortable double bed and sofa bed for extra sleeping space. Kitchen area is well equipped, with little stove top, little fridge, microwave and coffee machine. Comfortable dining area for 4 people inside, and outside on terrace. Bathroom has spacious shower. No lift in building.

The apartment is very large, clean and well renovated. The beds are very comfortable, the linen is fresh and of good quality. The apartment has everything you need: a washing machine, washing powder, iron, detergents, dishes, kitchen appliances, a coffee machine and capsules for it, and so on. The apartment is very quiet, near a wonderful lake. If we ever visit these parts again, we will definitely rent these apartments. I recommend. 👍

Communication with Crocus in advance of our stay was excellent. They organised car parking for us, which is outside the old town, with clear instructions in advance of our stay. We were then transferred by electric buggy to Crocus Apts, where we were met by Alberto the Chef Concierge. He gave the perfect introduction to the rooftop suite, the private lift into our apartment, the local area and local restaurants. Top class furnishings, top class finish, very comfortable bed and perfect central location to explore Sirmione.

    Az apartman kertje már a tópart volt, ami fantasztikus hangulatot varázsolt az erkélyről is. A parkolás nem közvetlenül az apartman mellett volt, de néhány perc sétára őrzött parkolóban ingyen ott tudtuk hagyni az autót. Tágas az apartman, gyerekkel ideális. A konyha jól felszerelt volt, autóval elérhető több nagyobb üzlet is, ahol mindent be lehet szerezni. A szállásadó készséges volt, whatsappon folyamatosan lehetett vele kommunikálni angol nyelven.

    A szállásadó rendkívül kedves és segítőkész. Mindenről tájékoztatott bennünket, hogy mit hol találunk, hol tudunk ingyen parkolni és olcsón közlekedni. Az apartman jól felszerelt, az erkélyről szép a kilátás.

    Wonderful apartment complex, not too expensive, 2 separeta swimming pools. Calm, intimate,beautiful environment, Andi well-kept park, excellent helpful staff! I can only recommend! Csodálatos apartman komplexum, nem túl drága! 2 különálló medence, nyugodt, meghitt környezet, gondosan ápolt park. Kitűnő segítőkész személyzet! Csak ajánlani tudom! 😉😁
