Cobreix totes les necessitats per poder fer-hi vida: cuinar, dormir, descansar al menjador... El barri és molt tranquil i sembla segur. Allunyat del bullici del centre, però prou a prop del centre de Pisa i de la estació de tren.

Tot i que no inclou esmorzar, et deixen a l'habitació el necessari per surtir bastant bé (pasta, café, suc, aigua...). Els llits molt comfortables, roba de llit molt bona, banys espectaculars.
