I have never rated a property at a 10 - but I am confident in giving this apartment a perfect rating! I have been traveling across Italy for 2 weeks and this by far was my most comfortable stay! I can tell how much time & effort was put into designing this beautiful space. It was GORGEOUS! The hot tub was incredible too! It was clean, equipped with A/C, laundry, & a small kitchen! This was the most comfortable bed & pillows I have ever slept on!! The location was great too, just a short walk to the center of everything but just enough outside of the center to avoid crowds and noise. Our host was kind, helpful & which to respond . If I ever make it to Bologna again, I will absolutely stay here again!

The owner very kindly stored three bike boxes in the garage, until our return two weeks later, even though, at time of booking, not surprisingly the accommodation was fully booked. We corresponded to arrange collection of the boxes, as needed to stay somewhere else for the night before our flight home to UK Could not of been easier. Highly recommended, Bologna is such an amazing city and the accommodation excellent. We will be back. Thank you for your kindness and an amazing stay :)

The gracious sized rooms with high ceilings and beautiful wood floors, the full Miele kitchen, the lovely tiled bathrooms and the butter soft leather couch will please any guest. The apartment is surprisingly quiet considering it faces a walk street and is only 20 steps from the Piazza Maggiore. Davide, the property manager, went out of his way to accommodate our requests and he made our stay a great experience.

We arrived about an hour earlier than expected and the hosts were gracious enough to let us check in and get settled before 12 noon! And upon departure, they let us stay "as long as needed" for they were not expecting any other guests after us. We seldom see such grace and it is DEFINITELY worth highlighting. OH, and let's not forget: the apartment is MASSIVE and VERY well-kept! ABSOLUTELY recommend this place to ANYONE going to Bologna!
