Perfect value for money, perfectly maintained and also valuable information provided from the host like restaurants around, private chef hire, taxi or anything you need to have a perfect stay.

I have never rated a property at a 10 - but I am confident in giving this apartment a perfect rating! I have been traveling across Italy for 2 weeks and this by far was my most comfortable stay! I can tell how much time & effort was put into designing this beautiful space. It was GORGEOUS! The hot tub was incredible too! It was clean, equipped with A/C, laundry, & a small kitchen! This was the most comfortable bed & pillows I have ever slept on!! The location was great too, just a short walk to the center of everything but just enough outside of the center to avoid crowds and noise. Our host was kind, helpful & which to respond . If I ever make it to Bologna again, I will absolutely stay here again!

Lovely generously sized accommodation, everything you need including a washing machine. The owner very kindly stored three bike boxes in the garage, until our return two weeks later, even though, at time of booking, not surprisingly the accommodation was fully booked. We corresponded to arrange collection of the boxes, as needed to stay somewhere else for the night before our flight home to UK Could not of been easier. Highly recommended, Bologna is such an amazing city and the accommodation excellent. We will be back. Thank you for your kindness and an amazing stay :)

This is the perfect apartment in Bologna! Close to restaurants and bars and yet still quiet at night. Everywhere you would want is walking distance. I highly recommend staying here. I was super impressed with the facilities of the apartment and the location. Can’t go wrong!

Luxury is such an over used word these days, but is an appropriate term to describe this apartment. The gracious sized rooms with high ceilings and beautiful wood floors, the full Miele kitchen, the lovely tiled bathrooms and the butter soft leather couch will please any guest. The apartment is surprisingly quiet considering it faces a walk street and is only 20 steps from the Piazza Maggiore. Davide, the property manager, went out of his way to accommodate our requests and he made our stay a great experience.

All self catering facilities provided so we could have cooked for ourselves. Short walk to bus stop into Bologna centre, but we preferred to walk straight in. 30 mins.

The condominium is also very clean and hospitable. Hosts are helpful and quick responsive. House is located in a neighborhood pretty far from the center, but public transport works very well and the airport is only 3 km away. You can reach it very quickly with the bus whose stop is a approx 200 m away from the apartment. We found some coffee, water and croissants left for us. check in and check out we’re very easy.

It was new and clean. The kitchen is equipped and there’s a fan instead of air conditioning. It is a good apartment for a short stay. The owner was flexible with check in and check out time.
