The apartment is big, has big windows and has all the basics: water, Internet and good WiFi. It looks exactly like in the fotos. However, the check in and check out system is super inefficient. There is a receptionist who speaks VERY basic English and doesn't provide any instructions on how to open the door (I struggled), the WiFi password or anything at all. I had to text them through booking to get the WiFi password. To be fair, they replied to me very quickly. Then at the check out, I left the apartment at 8:30am by giving the key to the same man, and when I landed in Kuala Lumpur, I had a message from the hotel saying they didn't have the key in the reception! Definitely, they need to improve their check in/out system urgently.

1st night at 2am the electricity was gone and didn't come back all day. There was no one to ask about what's going on, staff even said that maybe things be back to normal at night. There was a WhatsApp number to connect. So i ask about what's going on. Reply came late and said till 11am electricity be back so it was 12noon, no air conditioner no wifi no elevator (i was on 9th floor). I ask the whatsapp person that youre not being honest with me, your staff told me even till night electricity might not recovered. So i should move out. He replied so you will not get refund. I told him 'man there is electricity since last night'. So after many sms back and fourth he agree to refund. Now i needed help to bring my bags down, staff didn't show up even the whatsapp guy sms me that staff will be there but no one came. So i had to bring my bags down by self. And even i came to the front desk staff still didn't help me. When i left the key at the counter while pulling my bags key fell down the counter. Staff completed to the whatsapp guy that i wad rude. Never seen such a lousy management and lazy staff before anywhere. So my advice is, stay away from this place. There are so many nice modern places near by.
