Luka is a great host. He speaks excellent English and he is more than friendly. The house is super clean and you will find everything that you need for cooking. The property is peaceful, you will even be able to use the barbecue. It was super nice to get to this beautiful quiet place after a day in the busy streets of Zadar. There is a small grocery store 2 minutes drive from the house. The location is perfect. Only 19 minutes drive from the old city centre of Zadar, 10 minutes from Zadar Airport, and 1 and a half hours from Krka National Parc. And of course, close to the sea. I truly recommand you to stay at Luka's house.

The apartment is super modern and clean. The whole lacation is just beautiful, clean and well maintained. The hosts are super nice and we immediately felt at home. Thumbs up. Highly recommended. :)

The apartment was stunning! Huge, so bright, literally had every little extra you could think of. We stayed here for three nights at the end of our trip to Croatia, after doing a week of excursion in Split, relaxing in the hot tub was just what was needed. We would highly recommend the apartment.

this is one of the best places I ever stayed in! Huge apartment, it had everything you could need to make a nice stay. Even a washing machine, very handy when travelling with kids. Everything was very clean and the swimming pool ready to use. Hosts are really nice. They had some typical food and beverages ready for us. We felt really comfortable.

Amazing pool and view. The apartment is just perfect, spacious, have everything necessary for longer stays. Very family friendly. Pictures say it all but when you are actually there it is even better. The owner was extremely nice and friendly together with her parents. Location is a bit rural in a small village with not much around. For pure relaxation and having a car this shouldn't be the problem. Especially since everything is available in the apartment. There is one shop few kilometers away.

Great top floor apartment in rural location. Beds very comfortable. Only shared pool with one other family and were rarely using at the same time. Well stocked kitchen and bathroom and a lovely cured meat platter and bread when we first arrived which was a lovely and unexpected touch. A local shop 30 seconds walk away which was very handy.

The apartment is so close to the airport, we decided to spend the night for convenience. However the apartment was amazing very high spec we should have stayed another night. The host Ivan is a great guy, he couldn't have done more for us. We called into the bar in the village and found it very enjoyable with outside tables and chairs.
