It’s the perfect house for a calm weekend getaway in Samos! House is great for 4 people with 2 seperate bedrooms. It’s literally 1 min walk to the best beach in Samos-Psili Ammos. The host and her family were super nice and helpful with all our needs. My fav part about the property is definently the balcony/terrace area with an amazing view.

Top location next to the best beach in Samos. We stayed in the top floor studio and enjoyed unforgettable views from the big terrace. Spacious room. Lots of lovely treats from our host Christos - peaches and figs, wine, olives, several types of coffee (and machines for their preparation)... We had a great time.

Everything was perfect, the host so accommodating, the location near the beach, pleasant surroundings, fresh decor, very clean, near restaurants, idyllic surroundings!

The house is located at the best beach in Sammos. It takes around 30seconds to jump in the sea. House was lovely decorated and new. Our host was always ready to help and gave a lot of informations. We will definetly visit again. Thank you "Komşu".

The location is amazing, the sea is just 3 meters from the house's terrace. The host is very friendly and responded quickly to all our questions. There are nice cafes around.

Just few step away from the beach. We did not even rent sunbeds since its same distance that you can walk to house and take a nap on the sunbeds in the balcony. Everything was clean and new and Every room has AC. Owner was also very nice and helpfull..
