The apartment building is brand new and modern. There is private underground parking with an elevator to the upper floors (there is a code to enter the underground parking anytime). You can enter the building anytime using your room key or a code. If you have an apartment with a balcony with a view, the view is breathtaking day and night. Extremely quiet, peaceful, there is virtually no road noise. We enjoyed many mornings having breakfast and dinners in the evening on our balcony. Excellent air conditioning, plenty of hot water for the shower, and very comfortable bed and pillows. The kitchenette was helpful, it was fully equipped with all the basics. There is a local church right around the corner. Within 5 to 10 minute drive there is the center of the town with supermarkets, bakeries, pastry shops, restaurants, pharmacy, barber shops, beauty salons, high quality fitness centers, etc. There is a 15 minute drive to the center of Ioannina. Keep in mind you will need to have a car for this apartment. What we really loved about this apartment is the fact that is located in the middle of a neighborhood with families and children often walking. We did not feel like we were tourists, we felt like we were locals and part of the everyday life.

Property was very close to center of Ioannina city by car. Parking at the property was very easy (parked right outside). The apartment was very clean. And very warm once you turned on the radiator. There was always hot water. Bed sheets and bed spread were of nice quality.

Bagno minuscolo. La proprietaria è molto simpatica, ma parla pochissimo l’inglese. La casa è proprio nel centro della parte antica di Iannina, quindi ci si muove facilmente a piedi.

Il parcheggio é sotto casa e la posizione é tranquilla e comoda per raggiungere il centro di Ioannina in 10 minuti di macchina. Nota speciale per i proprietari di casa che sono stati veramente gentili, disponibili e onesti. Consigliatissimo.

In camera abbiamo trovato anche dell'acqua, importante per chi arriva in estate, e del ouzo da sorseggiare di sera. Il bagno, con varie opzioni, è stato il luogo piú apprezzato della casa.
