It's a peaceful place on top of a hill next to Guaro, so you can have a swim with the beautiful mountains surrounding you. There is a lot of space around with sun loungers, chairs/tables and even a fridge with some drinks you can buy on the spot. The host family is very friendly and helpful! The flat we stayed in was spacious and very comfortable, and the kitchen has anything you can need from oven and stove to any pots and pans. 40 minutes drive from Malaga, it's a perfect location if you look for a quiet corner away from the busy resort towns.

It was amazing!! The house is bigger than what we were expecting, Sharon is an amazing host and she was there to help any time. Wifi worked very good (important for us because we did work from there) and the swimming pool area is stunning, also super relaxing and private which we very much appreciated it. This was our second stay here. Our daughter lives nearby so we have now tried most of the local accommodation options and prefer this one. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. Daniel, the owner, communicates well and is friendly and helpful. He provides essentials, such as shower gel, shampoo and a few toilet rolls. It is easy to dry washing quickly on the roof terrace. I was able to cook easily in the kitchen, which is not always the case in holiday lets. There are several small shops in Monda. Bar Luna is great for meals and there are several bars for drinks. There is a bus to Marbella for under 3 euros. You can see the Castillo de Monda from just outside the apartment.

Good location, but I have a car in use. The bed is firm, good for cooking in the kitchen, the apartment is good and functional, air conditioning worked well, stylish bathroom and hot water.
