This was the best hotel we stayed in our trip. First, the room itself was large and clean. It had kitchen facilities and everything you need to maintain and clean after cooking. This was the only hotel with a wireless charger in the room and its so nice to not to find your charger and travel adaptor. Bathroom was very clean too. One of the levels had shared facilities like a laundry room and a shared kitchen. This was a great idea where guests can wash & dry clothes. Detergent was also provided. The shared kitchen had tea/coffee facilities, free fruit etc. The Location was excellent. 1 stopover from Bern and across the road from Bern Wankerdorf (<1min walk). The coop supermarket is right downstairs. This place is excellent if you have unlimited travel pass so you can visit Thun and Interlaken without paying excessive amounts in hotels in those locations. Since the supermarket is next door you can easily sort out breakfast and dinner. One thing is to check into the hotel (URL is in the email) before arriving so you can get access to keys easily on the day of check in.

Loved everything about this stay. The facilities were terrific, the value (for amount paid) was remarkable, and the size of the unit, with large patio/porch was amazing! 2 (2!) patio doors to open for ventilation and fresh Swiss air... and overnight the area was very quiet, so doors could stay open. The COOP grocery, 2 minute walk, was used way more than we thought because the quality and quantity of the food offered there was incredible. The 6 tram into Bern was perfect. (download the oV Plus app for super-easy ticket purchase) 10chf for day pass, even less for simple round trip. Walk to Aare river through a lovely neighborhood. There was always a place to park our car right out front. One evening we were blocked in for a short time by a service/moving van, but not a big deal. In short, nothing but praises to sing about our week here!! Want to return, immediately!

We made reservations for a spacious studio-like room/appartment, but at arrival immediately got an upgrade to a very big (4 bedroom) appartment (since it wasn't occupied by others anyway, according to the landlady). Very kind and thoughtful! All facilities and comfort you could think of were present and the appartment is at walking distance to the city centre (10-15 minutes). Very helpful and kind hostess. For us this is an absolute 10 (also if we wouldn't have gotten the upgrade).

The location amazing, take a two minute walk and you are in the city center! The apartment was very clean, it had all the utilities and the bed was very comfortable. There is also an Apple TV in the living room. Despite the location of the apartment was a little above street level, it was very quiet. Host was kind and responsive.

Uschi was an excellent host who was very accommodating in terms of checkin/checkout times. The unit was about a 13 min easy walk from the station. Recepció nincs mindent a telefonoddal nyitsz ki, így jutsz be. Egy régi patinás házból lett átalakítva szállodává. A szoba nagyon igényes berendezésű, pici de minden megvan benne. A mi ablakaink befelé néztek, ezért nem látni a várost, viszont nagyon csendes volt. Az ágy jó volt!

Friss péksütemények, felvágottak, kávé, narancslé. Azt kaptuk, amire számítottunk. A szoba tágas, forgalmas helyen, mégis csendes környezet. Az ágy kényelmes. A fürdőszoba modern, minden nap friss törölköző. A tisztaság is rendkívüli. Csak ajánlani tudom minden utazónak. Autóval állítólag drága a parkolás, ami a közeli parkolóházban lehetséges 1 CHF/ óra. Mi motorral utaztunk, ingyenes parkolás az utcán az arra kijelölt helyen.

Szépen és praktikusan berendezett. Kis éjjeli fény kapcsolódik fel ajtónyitásra a WC-ben. A kisfiam nagyon örült, hogy a kisszobában is van TV, és ágyból nézhet mesét. A ház előtt lehet parkolni. Nagyon tetszik a számkóddal nyitható doboz, amiben a kulcsok vannak. Gyorsan és profin kommunikál a szállásadó.
