The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, adding to the positive experience. Moreover, the hotel was clean and quiet, ensuring a comfortable stay. The presence of a large hotel pool was a significant bonus.

This was a great place to stay at for our seven-day vacation to the Black Sea coast. The apartment is wonderful. It had absolutely everything we could have needed (for a five-person family) and more. The restaurants in the area were so good that we didn't wind up cooking very much but the kitchen had everything we would have needed and the hosts had a good sample of necessary groceries already prepared before our arrival. The view from the balcony was great and we enjoyed looking at the sea while drinking our morning coffee. The air conditioning worked great and the wifi was really good. The apartment is very stylish and modern with all the bells and whistles. The hot water lasts for two or three short showers and then you have to wait a bit but that wasn't a big deal. Very little noise from neighbors so the insulation between apartments must be really good. Easy and secure entrance to the building. The hosts were always quick to respond to messages (through Booking.com) and were there to meet us upon our arrival. The location is great for access to the beach...just a few minutes walk away through a beautiful park. The beach had everything you could need or want, we had a great, relaxing time. The main walking streets and the pier are a bit of a walk away from the apartment but not bad at all and if you go through the park it's more like an evening stroll. The restaurant downstairs was probably the best one we ate at while we were there. We went to the supermarket next to it numerous times as well. We rented a car so not sure how easy it would have been to get around without one but there were taxis all over the place. The parking was a bit difficult to figure out at first but afterwards it went smoothly.

There are parking places just in front of the building. You need to take ticket from a parking machine. The owner was kind and the communication was easy. The only negative thing in my mind is the elevator. You can't imagine that this old and scary elevator would take you to a such beautiful flat. Another point for improvement is the spare keys. When more than one person stay there a spare key or the code for the main entrance is needed.

Communication through Booking.com by messages, she replies fast and provides all the info we needed, and wrote very good English which is not always so self-evident in Bulgaria. We picked up the keys at the small shop behind the corner. The apartment was spotless and there was everything we needed for our short stay. Walking distance from Burgas Airport and near the beach. The host was very helpful, she guided us step by step how to get into the flat :) the builing has an elevator (tiny, but still). The apartment was very clean, towels and linen were fresh, everything was working. We took it for two but can accommodate 4 ppl easily. It has everyting needed for short (and maybe longer) stay - big fridge, microwave, toaster, tv, iron, hairdryer and even a washing machine. It's not new and modern-furnished, but for this price is perfect :) Highly recomended!KamilaGroup

It is in a great location only a five minute walk to the sea and good restaurants. The facilities in the apartment were great - perfect for a long or short stay. When I managed to lock myself out of the apartment, Bianca arrived in just a few minutes to help me out.
