The location is nice and the street is beautiful and calm. 3 mins walk from Taksim and metro station. Hotel is new! Hot water and heating were perfect. Beds were very comfortable. Minor issues were instantly fixed.

Halil Bey Konağı! is very good choice for touristic visiting of Istanbul. Located in a nice area, close to a lot of faculties, with lots of small restaurants. Walking distance to almost all visiting points. The owner waited for us and helped us for mange parking. Also lady in kitchen hosted us as we are at home.
