200 metres from Porto Moniz Natural Swimming Pools in Porto Moniz, Studios by Aqua Natura Hotels features accommodation with access to a sauna and hot tub. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Welcoming drinks at the arrival, sparkling wine at the room. Spacious room with huge bed and even bigger pillows. Free access to the natural pools. As pools were too cold for us, we enjoyed the jacuzzi zone on the hotel roof. Breakfast was nice, with many fruit options and a nice view. Good value for money.

Valley of Nuns Holiday Apartments features quiet street views, free WiFi and free private parking, located in Curral das Freiras, 15 km from Marina do Funchal. Everything about this apartment was amazing. I can’t recommend it enough. The setting is beyond spectacular, well worth the extra drive from Funchal. The village is quaint and friendly, with a food market just up the street and beautiful trails nearby. The apartment is large, yet still cozy, and well maintained. And the hosts are wonderful. I can’t say enough about this apartment. It exceeded my expectations in every way. I’m hoping to be back as soon as possible.

Great location as it is within the city centre with many facilities nearby including the airport shuttle bus stop. Comfortable bed, good selection of TV channels, plenty of travel brochures available. Functioning kitchen equipments. Spacious room and bathroom.

Located in Funchal, Apartments Madeira Old Town are a 5-minute walk to the beach and to the Funchal old town. Very good value for money. All was fine there as expected.

Overlooking the lush Municipal Garden, the Wine Lodges offers apartments in Funchal city centre. Very beautiful place with nice atmosphere. Self checkin and checkout was very handy because we came very late and leaved very early. Location was amazing. There was a terrace with view of city or see. We had 2 botles of local vine waiting for us in the kitchen. what was nice supprice. Included was also coffe, still wather and some fruits.

Set in São Martinho, within a 10-minute drive from Funchal, Vila Marta offers accommodation with a private terrace and views of the Atlantic Ocean and banana plantations. There are not enough words to express the very high level of professionalism of this structure. Be prepared to be treated as friends, not as guests requesting service. Great lodging at a great value for money, constant and perfect cleanliness, front desk open almost all day and in any case hosts always available by phone. They will know how to accommodate your every request, from check in to check out, to itineraries, to places to eat, to possible car rental, to support for any minor inconvenience. A great place to feel special and cared for throughout your stay. I hope to come back soon.

Set in tropical gardens overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, the Suite Hotel Eden Mar - Porto Bay features a lagoon-style outdoor pool. A good high quality hotel with all the facilities that you would expect from such a nice place. The room was spacious, clean had a small kitchenette with all the necessary equipment. Bed was very comfortable. Balcony facing the pool area. The bathroom was nice and clean. We loved the fact that the hotel was part of a 3 hotel complex with many pools and lounging areas that you had access to. Lost of place enjoy the sun and water surrounded with beautiful flowers and palm trees. Gardens were nicely maintained and you could see that the place cares about the quality. Would definitely recommend staying the this place.
