I’ve been visiting Greece from many years, mainland and islands but Galazio Asteri I surpassed all my expectations, you feel like home and have whatever you want. Dimitri and his wife are wonderful people who make your stay at high level standards and the perfect location (by the sea) is optimum to visit all important places. Lesbos island is perfect for wise people and those who want to evoluate and learn something from life but also for relaxation due to thermal waters and Aegean Sea, from the Kalloni Salt Pans with the main attraction, the bright pink flamingos to Mandamados from where true miracles take place. Anyone who wishes something, takes the tin slippers and puts them next to the Taxiarhis icon and anoints with the holy oil. On Kareia hill one can feel an unseen power and the history of the place continues from the fall of the Byzantine Empire. You could also visit Turkey crossing the sea in 50 minutes. But there are too many placess to see. I have never seen a more complex island than Lesbos. There is a lot to say but everyone should descover by themselves. I will come back here every year :)

There are so many things that I liked. First of all, the wonderful hospitality! Always a nice smile and nothing is too much effort for Irini to make their guests feel at home... The beautiful, well kept garden, where you can enjoy breakfast, or a tasty meal or a snack or just sit and spend some pleasant moments watching the sea and listening to the relaxing sound of the waves and birds singing.... The room that was clean and had everything I needed, the comfortable bed and pillows, the bathroom with the excellent shower... The perfect location, quiet, but a few steps from the beach, a nice snackbar on the beach, and also from a minimarket. If I ever come back to Lesbos, I will certainly be happy to stay here again...

The staff is incredibly attentive and always helpful. The studios are directly on the beach...it's breathtakingly beautiful.

Niki Studios er staðsett við sjávarbakkann í Petra og býður upp á útsýni yfir Eyjahaf og nærliggjandi eyjur Mytilene. The property was great. The owners were very welcoming. We enjoyed our stay and plan to stay in this property in our next trip.

Hotel Defkalion er staðsett í grænni hlíð, norður af Lesbos, í fallega þorpinu Petra og býður upp á frábært útsýni yfir þennan fallega hluta eyjunnar Lesbos. The facility was new, designed well, pretty clean, and smelled fresh. The hotel is silent, peaceful, suitable both for family with children or young couples and located on a very good place that takes 2 minutes by car to go down to Petra, the beaches, restaurants, markets and everything. You can walk on the seaside as well to grab a breakfast in nearby vilages. Anaxos and its beaches are also pretty close. Molyvos, which is a fantastic medeival village, is 15 minutes away. The owner treated us in a very friendly way, answered all our questiones. In the beginning there happened to be some misunderstandings but we managed to sort them all in a short while. Complimentary wine and ouzo were expecting us in the room right after checking-in. Our experience was smooth, pleasant, tranquil. Efharisto Toula! Ciao

Pygolampida Studios er gististaður með garði og verönd í Mytilini, 600 metra frá Anaxos-strönd, 2,2 km frá Ambelia-strönd og 45 km frá Náttúrugripasafni Lesvos Petrified. Lovely place, quiet, comfortable and very clean rooms just 5 to 7 mins from the beach. Mrs Maria was an amazing host, treated us like very close friends.
