The balcony was great for having breakfast and the kitchen has everything you need. And on top the lady who welcomed us was the most sweet and helpful I’ve ever experienced! She even helped us carry our heavy luggage from the corner of the street to the apartment. And she offers free cleaning of the apartment. Also the owner is a very nice and Kind person. You cannot go wrong in booking this apartment.

Fantastic property so close from Toulouse but yet so quiet and peaceful. We booked the residence as we had morning appointments at the Clinique de la Croix du sud near by. It was the best choice, in 10 mins we were at the hospital on time and stress free. We had a great sleep and stay. The rooms are great, clean, modern, spacious and the staff was great (all of them). On the last day we had breakfast: simple but tasty and fresh. The surroundings are exceptionnal. No wonder why the residents seem happy there.
