Maintenance staff was very helpful. Front desk staff good and helpful. Loved the Countdown being so close to pick up a few groceries.

Agradecidos por esa cortesía. Nuestro vuelo de casi 14 horas desde Bs. As con escala en Santiago de Chile llegó a Auckland a las 5.00 de la mañana, con lo cual haber podido checkearnos muy temprano nos permitió descansar un rato...Cama comodisima, mobiliario de buena calidad, muy recomendable!!! La pileta y el hidromasaje en el piso 8 super relajante!!
