Clean room and very nice breakfast and maybe the most important aspect: very nice and helpful people! There were some very small (and I mean really very small) glitches in the communication, for example: check-in time on the website was 14:00 and in one of the final emails it was 15:00. After asking, I could checkin around 14:00, so they 'solved' it really well. Very nice and helpfull people!
