Wonderful patio, dreamy hammock, beautiful view, very clean. Everything you need for a fantastic stay. We loved playing cards on the patio after a later dinner at Casa Abuela. (The ceviche place across the street from there is also excellent.) Every day we took a water taxi (100 pesos) to different beaches. We stayed three nights and got to three beaches - we could have stayed another night to make it to Yelapa. We liked going towards the end of Las Animas under the shade of the palm trees, and hanging out at Charly's Bar on Playa Quimixto watching the incredible surfing. One day we hiked (45 mins) to Colomitos Beach which was shallow low waves, but pretty small in terms of footprint.

7 days New Year's week. I almost don't want to post this to keep it a secret . Our 1st time not staying at hotel . We like the guarantee of knowing our hotels . We were nervous from the get go . Everything when we arrived was perfect . Jose and the staff were there when we exited the cab and when we left he was there to get us a taxi. Upscale condo with all the amenities. Huge king bed like sleeping on a cloud . AC was fantastic. Absolutely perfect building . PV gem ❤️❤️

We loved everything about the condo. The condo is beautiful and comfortable. It is in a very quiet and relaxing area.The kitchen is fully equipped. They have filtered water in the kitchen. Private laundry facilities. The Pool is heated. There are comfortable chairs and umbrellas by the private beach. The grounds and common areas are impeccably maintained. All the employees we met we're friendly and helpful. Ocean and city views from the balcony are amazing. We even saw two whales while there. There is a Beautiful public beach a short walk away. There is also a condo nearby with an oceanfront restaurant and small convenience store. The property manager, Alejandra was a pleasure to work with. We look forward to visiting again ☺

My husband and I travel regularly, we have always stayed at top Resorts & Hotels but wanted to try something different, more quaint in the heart of town. When we arrived, we had a miscommunication on the room type. Within 20 min the owner showed up, we got the room we wanted, he made sure we were happy. He gave us his number, Quick to respond with recommendations for restaurants or any questions. As for the place its extremely clean, the decor is nicely done, the bed is so comfortable & the view can’t be beat, panoramic sunset along with A jacuzzi on the balcony. We found our new home in puerto Vallarta. Don’t hesitate on staying here you will not be disappointed! Can’t wait to go wait back! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality.

The room, the view, the location was perfect and beautiful! The beds weren't super soft, but not too uncomfortable. Room accessories were great to be able to prepare our own food and eat comfortably. We made our own breakfast, lunches and mixed drinks all week long. We also worked from the room Monday - Thursday. The internet was fast and the environment was mostly quiet enough to take calls. Every once in awhile there was noise from construction in the hotel or loud music from the resort. Mostly we opened the full sliding glass doors wide open and worked comfortably from the kitchen table and/or the porch chairs. Loved it!
