Residence Il Melograno is set in Colombare, just 200 metres from the shores of Lake Garda. This family-run property provides a peaceful location, free Wi-Fi and free parking garage.

We stayed 2 nights and everything is so nice. Room is clean, parking is sufficient in front the accommodation and its basement garage. There’s plenty resturants , cafe , bar and supermarket nearby. Very good location. Quiet due to the good insulation, even there’s a pub nearby with loud music during the weekend, we didn’t hear anything while the door close.

We had amazing time with my wife in Nuove Terme! Very nice kitchen with all the needed equipment for cooking, huge supermarket nearby with wide choice of products (including seafood). The area is further from Sirmione city centre, therefore it's very quiet there (trust me in high season Sirmione is really really full of tourists and it can get pretty noisy there). You basically feel yourself like a local living in the area of Garda Lake. At the same time it is very easy to get to Sirmione by car, by bus or by foot. But the best part is that you also can go there by bike and this property provides new and comfortable bikes (they are very well maintained). We will definitely come back again! Beautiful territory of the hotel, very cosy and clean. Easy to find, and car can be parked just near the house. All the kitchen stuff was there, and we were even given one more blanket when we asked to. Hotel staff was very kind and polite.

It was a brilliant place to stay and relax for a week. Mid way between old Sirmione and the new town. Bus stop outside the residence. Alessandra was lovely and welcoming. The facilities were great. Lovely apartment with excellent air conditioning. We loved the little pier and private beach area. Having it to ourselves most days. Excellent place to stay.
