the property was modern and very close to the train station. the room was spacious and well equipped. the jacuzzi bath was amazing. the breakfast was great, with a lot of options and finally the host was very nice and helpful!

The location cannot be beaten in Parma, the service is excellent and the apartments spacious and clean. We have stayed twice at the Palazzo Dalla Rosa Prati and have thoroughly enjoyed each stay. The apartments are well equipped and are cleaned daily. The staff are very helpful. Given the quality of the accommodation and the level of service, the price is very reasonable. Parma is a delightful town, especially if you are interested in good food!

That was one of the most positive impression from our visit to Parma. Some periods it’s difficult to find suitable place, especially which is in good condition and have no problems with maintaining hot water boiler or finding any utensils. Brand new apartments with fresh interior and excellent location. Short walk to the centre, nearby central station and two streets from public parking. The owner assisted with our demands. Highly recommend!

This is a really new and well thought out establishment. Fredrico is an absolute star. We got into a bind with our lack of Italian and needed some help and he was so kind. Good cafes, great restaurants and grocery stores within easy walk. Parking is mostly paid and watch out for the early morning street markets or you could end up having your car towed.
