Reservation was super fast,communication super easy,best of all you can do all communication through WhatsApp after reservation,no need to wait in booking for communication. Apartment brand new, super clean, check in online, close to the center... Really great value for the money. Also the lady on WhatsApp was helpful and nice, gave me all the information to get in (you get a password). It was my 1st time in Bologna and surely next time I am there I will book same place. It is a little far from the city centre, but the buses departing from the front of the hotel take you quickly to the city centre.
