It was clean, safe and extremely comfortable ! I was delighted the shower had pressure as every place we stayed at while driving around Italy felt very claustrophobic which is understandable but I was so happy with Bes Residence, oh and not to mention the balcony, it was fab just sitting outside in the evening taking in the fresh air. It is located nearby two of the city's main art museums. Staying here gives you all of the facilities of the new Bergamo including easier access to the train station and bus routes but left you close to the historic sights of old Bergamo. The cleaning of the apartments is first class and the friendly, helpful approach of all of the staff makes staying here a joy. We shad a family room for 2 adults and 4 children.
