The space is small, but you wouldn't notice by the way it's laid out - everything is arranged very conveniently. Super clean, great bathroom, comfy beds, well-stocked kitchen if you need to use it. No problems with noise in the building. It's also situated in Murat, just a few minutes walk from the historical centre, and close to the lungomare for beautiful walks along the sea. Great restaurants close by, and a popular cafe right next door. The host has an early-ish check out, but she let me leave my bags with her until I needed to catch my train.

A really nice property. Everyone is very polite. The beds and the pillows are really comfortable, which is very important when you are all day sightseeing and you can rest during the night.
